Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance deep learning models for 2026-ready enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Design scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
