Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead research into emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-volume environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and MLOps.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
