Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time for the 2026 roadmap.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing principles into classical neural networks to enhance processing power.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model pruning, quantization, and edge deployment to ensure latency-free performance across all devices.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Language Model Expertise: Proven track record of designing Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines and RAG architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architectural failures under pressure.
