Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI models into existing enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps for autonomous agent deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce latency in real-time decision-making systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Quantum Machine Learning and Neuromorphic Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
