Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models tailored for 2026-scale data processing.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) handling high-throughput workloads.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI workflows.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and model optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
