Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for proprietary AI frameworks and autonomous agents.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Ensure ethical AI implementation and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing scalable cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
