Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of Agentic AI systems aimed at the 2026 release cycle.
- Develop scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python and modern cloud-native frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Symbolic AI) to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation within the AI research lab.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
