Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable machine learning infrastructure and AI systems.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical strategy for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of model performance and reduce latency in high-throughput environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Native architectures.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying and fine-tuning LLMs in production environments.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure AI services.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
