Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of proprietary AI models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable, production-grade software ecosystems.
- Drive research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Mentor and upskill junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Define technical roadmaps and set best practices for data privacy, security, and model governance.
- Present technical findings and architectural strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production environments.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
