Responsibilities

- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI modules with existing legacy systems and new hardware infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, testing novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for scalable machine learning deployment.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance metrics and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning model development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
