Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Generative AI and LLM infrastructure.
- Design and implement Multi-Agent Orchestration frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using quantization and distillation techniques.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data governance in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI models against benchmarks relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) in production.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
