Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, secure AI systems focused on 2026 future technologies including Agentic AI and Spatial Computing.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our Generative AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Security) to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into our core products.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in the 2026 niche, to advise stakeholders on emerging technologies.
- Implement robust security protocols and data governance frameworks for AI model training and deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts or early-stage quantum-ready algorithms is a major plus.
- Strong leadership experience, capable of managing complex technical projects and mentoring diverse teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
