Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale Generative AI models and Autonomous Agents using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Architect robust MLOps pipelines for the deployment of AI models in production environments.
- RAG Implementation: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on emerging AI paradigms expected to dominate the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
- Optimization: Ensure model efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs while maximizing output quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of C++ for performance-critical applications.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Multi-modal AI architectures.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
