Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning infrastructure capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum computing researchers and bio-engineers to integrate hybrid computing models.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Drive the innovation roadmap for autonomous agents and reinforcement learning systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Deep understanding of neural architecture search (NAS), transformer models, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to production environments.
- Strong background in MLOps, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
