Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Prompt Engineering & LLMs: Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specialized enterprise applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance in line with upcoming 2026 regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms, including Quantum AI integration and Neuromorphic computing.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying scalable AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
