Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 platform, ensuring scalability and security.
- Define and enforce technical best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
