Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the end-to-end design of the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across distributed systems.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine proprietary algorithms to handle real-time data streams for our predictive analytics engine.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Quantum Integration: Bridge the gap between classical AI and emerging quantum computing paradigms to create hybrid processing models.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, evaluating new tools and technologies that align with the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
