Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure specifically for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary LLMs to reduce inference latency and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-ready software engineering.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy standards and ethical guidelines regarding bias and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer architectures, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale machine learning problems and optimize system performance.
