Responsibilities

- Pipeline Optimization: Engineer efficient MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Model Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource utilization to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Specialization: Deep experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and lead projects from conception to production.
