Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for autonomous systems and predictive modeling.
- Lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, defining the strategy for next-gen generative models.
- Mentor a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for real-time deployment on edge devices.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development, data governance, and system security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate advanced research into market-ready applications.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience designing large-scale machine learning systems in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
