Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the architectural design for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across distributed neural networks.
- Model Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for model compression, quantization, and efficient inference to minimize latency in real-time applications.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and production-ready code by integrating novel algorithms into the core platform.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for major technical initiatives.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Define the MLOps pipeline and cloud infrastructure strategy to support rapid iteration and deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
