Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural vision and technical standards for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of large-scale transformer models to reduce latency and increase inference accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Infrastructure Design: Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to facilitate seamless model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering scalable software products.
