Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions tailored for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Define technical strategies for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
