- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI, ensuring our technologies are bias-free and transparent.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Represent Synthetix at major tech conferences and industry panels regarding the future of tech in 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture or AI Ethics are highly desirable.
