Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead research and development into cutting-edge Generative AI and Predictive Modeling technologies.
- Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance in preparation for future regulatory frameworks.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives or "moonshot" projects.
- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on innovation and team growth.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
