Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the core infrastructure for next-generation autonomous systems and predictive analytics platforms.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific industry verticals.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of 5+ engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate data silos into a unified, real-time processing pipeline using microservices architecture.
- R&D Strategy: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Scalability: Ensure all systems are horizontally scalable, secure, and compliant with evolving data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Deep experience in designing distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency data streams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Future-Proofing: A demonstrated track record of anticipating industry trends and adapting architecture accordingly.
