Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering to model evaluation and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration that drive business value.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to continuously improve our proprietary technology stack.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
