Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for high-scale production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Optimize model performance, inference latency, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective deployment.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements, specifically in LLMs and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI.
- Define and implement data pipelines that ensure high-quality, unbiased training data.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
