The Role:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will own the lifecycle of our machine learning models, from research and development to deployment and monitoring. You will work closely with product leaders to ensure our AI solutions drive tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for high-scale production environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps.
- Drive experiments to improve model accuracy, latency, and throughput.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models via Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD for ML, and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
