- System Optimization: Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of AI infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct deep research into emerging algorithms (e.g., Transformer architectures, LLMs) to drive product differentiation.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or deep learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
