Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale machine learning models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Lead the implementation of 2026-ready AI architectures including RAG pipelines and fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
