Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI architectures focused on long-term scalability and efficiency for the 2026 era.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models and generative algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-effectiveness in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
