Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and generative AI pipelines for production deployment.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms focused on the 2026 technological landscape.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI compliance and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous learning loops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and Vector Databases.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
