In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Scientists to define the architecture for our next-generation reasoning engine. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI models, from research and prototyping to deployment and scaling across global infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable neural network architectures for our core 2026 platform, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference for edge computing environments and real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, fairness, and ethical guidelines within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research papers into practical engineering solutions.
