Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Infrastructure & MLOps: Build scalable MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes and Docker to deploy models into production environments ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, exploring new architectures like Transformers and Diffusion models to integrate into our product suite.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous benchmarking and optimization to ensure model inference speeds meet 2026 performance standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and database design.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
