Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core algorithms for Project 2026's neural network infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews and ensure the highest standards of software quality, security, and performance.
- Design scalable data pipelines to handle petabyte-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI methodologies and best practices within the engineering team.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for long-term research initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex, low-level system issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
