Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure reliability and safety standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate novel techniques into our product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
