Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and neural networks for complex real-world applications.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring at scale.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, focusing on bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency in model outputs.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with deep knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
