The Role

Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of advanced machine learning pipelines for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance on edge devices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- R&D Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers into deployable, robust software solutions.
- Deployment: Manage the CI/CD pipelines for ML models using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
