Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production environments.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and scalability to handle billions of requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI features seamlessly.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably in a high-scale tech environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and statistical analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
