Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for 2026 and future iterations of our platform.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits, risk assessments, and safety testing on proprietary machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate ethical considerations into the core development lifecycle.

- Research and publish white papers on the societal impact of emerging technologies, generative AI, and neural interfaces.
- Establish metrics for evaluating the fairness, transparency, and accountability of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, Law, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI ethics, policy, compliance, or a similar strategic leadership role.
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and generative AI model architectures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex ethical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguous ethical landscapes and making high-stakes recommendations under pressure.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and artificial intelligence.
