Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and quantum-resistant algorithms.
- Optimize Performance: Drive technical excellence by optimizing model inference speeds and reducing latency in high-volume environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap for the next 5 years.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
