Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI architectures capable of handling multi-exabyte data streams by 2026.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring our platform remains a market leader five years down the line.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate complex algorithms into user-centric solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, AGI frameworks) to preemptively adapt our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering breakthrough technical solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
