In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for our next-generation generative models and autonomous agents. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical engineering, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of cutting-edge AI systems, including Generative AI and LLMs, tailored for 2026 scalability.
- Define and implement the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Future Tech division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and model interpretability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, neural networks, and NLP.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence technical strategy across the organization.
