- Design and oversee the implementation of ethical AI frameworks and compliance protocols for 2026 regulatory standards.
- Lead the research and development of Agentic workflows that automate complex decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds by 40%.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of data privacy laws and ethical AI implementation strategies.
