Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable deep learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for real-time inference.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and improve accuracy of AI models using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for fairness, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, and Legal) to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver solutions that scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
