We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of our proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks. As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering. You will work with cutting-edge architectures to solve complex problems in natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering.
- Optimize deployed models for low latency and high throughput in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
