Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
- Implement MLOps practices to ensure model reproducibility, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning roles.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with modern machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
