Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models, tailored for specific industry applications.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure models are deployed efficiently, monitored, and retrained automatically.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, exploring new architectures and techniques to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly products.
- Ethical AI: Implement best practices for fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
