Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for production-grade applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into product features.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy using advanced optimization techniques and hardware acceleration (GPU/TPU).
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, adhering to data privacy regulations and bias mitigation standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping models to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
